Your wedding coordinator will source all quotes for you and liaise with suppliers on your behalf. Your wedding coordinator will also be in attendance at the ceremony and reception to ensure the smooth running of the day and to deal with any unexpected events.

Full Wedding Planning Services includes:

• Initial consultation to determine the size and style of the wedding of your dreams. Couture Wedding will assist the couple with an initial budget outline.
• Unlimited consultation hours by phone & email.
• Unlimited face-to-face meeting to discuss the progress of the wedding plans.
• Recommendation of venues and suppliers who best reflect your style, theme and budget.
• Organisation of meetings with suppliers and venues to see what is available to you.
• After you decide on your venues your personal wedding coordinator will organise the photographer, florist, vehicles, wedding cake, invitations, ceremony and reception venues, music arrangements and all the little things that go together to make your day complete.
• Gathering quotes and negotiating prices that reflect your needs for the various elements of your wedding.
• Finalise and securing all vendors or suppliers needed to achieve your perfect wedding day.
• Couture Weddings will be the main point of contact for all your suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.
• Creation of a wedding day timeline outlining details of when suppliers are arriving and order of events.
• Budget management and updates and payment schedule and reminders.
• Guests RSVP management including floor plan and seating arrangement.
This package also includes Wedding Day Management


• Attendance at the wedding rehearsal the week before the wedding.
• On-hand assistance on the day for ceremony and reception for 8 hours.
• Supervise seating allocation of guests and collection of gifts.
• Ensure that all the ceremony and reception venues are set up and decorated to the couple's expectations.
• Allow Couture Wedding Planning to be your personal assistants on your day to address any of your concerns and find solutions to challenges that may occur during the day.

Note: A deposit of $1000 must be made within two weeks of the initial consultation before any services can be commenced. Progress payment will apply with the final payment to be made one month prior to the wedding. Travel expenses of $30 per hour will be charged accordingly anywhere beyond 15kms from the Crows Nest Studio. Service fee excludes GST.

These packages are based on the average wedding size of 150 guests. Additonal guests will incur a higher fee.
