Partial Wedding Planning Service includes:
- Free initial consultation to determine the size and style of your wedding and how we can assist you on your wedding day.
- Free Initial consultation to determine what has been organised and what still needs to be done.
- Unlimited consultation hours by phone & email.
- Unlimited face-to-face consultations with bride and groom to ensure their desires are met.
- Organization of meetings with suppliers for you to experience what is available.
- Negotiating prices and gathering quotes from suppliers for the remaining services.
- Preparation of a detailed time line of your wedding day including your supplier's schedule.
With this package your wedding coordinator will not be present on the day of your wedding. This can be included for an additional discounted fee of $500 for 8 hours (normally $800). Additional coordination hours can be purchased for $100 per hour.
Note: A deposit of $1000 must be paid within two weeks of the initial consultation before any services can commence. Progress payment
will apply with the final payment to be made one month prior to the wedding. Travel expenses of $30 per hour will be charged accordingly
anywhere beyond 15kms from the Crows Nest Studio. Service fee excludes GST.
These packages are based on the average wedding size of 150 guests. Additonal guests will incur a higher fee.
