Service Fee: $800 (Ceremony - Couples First Dance)

A wedding is an incredible day of love, emotion and above all a celebration for you, your partner and for all your guests to enjoy. It should not be about stress and worry. Couture Wedding Planning can make sure that all your intricate details are in place and ensure your day is seamless.

Wedding Day Coordination Only includes the following:

• Free initial consultation to determine the size and style of your wedding and how we can assist you on our wedding day.
• Overview of your general wedding plans and suggest styling ideas.
• Unlimited consultation hours by phone & email.
• 3 x face-to-face meetings to discuss all details.
• Overview of general wedding plans.
• Liaison with all vendors hired to discuss and prepare schedule for the day to prevent any unexpected problems.
• Attendance at the wedding rehearsal the week before the wedding.
• Attendance on the day from ceremony to the couple first dance (8 Hours) to ensure that the day is seamless and make sure their vendors are running to the schedule. Additional hours can be purchased at $100 per hour.
• Ensure that all the ceremony and reception venues are set up and decorated to the couple's expectations.
• Allow Couture Wedding Planning to be your personal assistants on your day to address any of your concerns and find solutions to challenges that may occur during the day.

A deposit of $400 is required within two weeks of making the booking. Payment is to be finalised at least two weeks prior to the wedding. Travel expenses of $30 per hour will be charged accordingly anywhere beyond 15kms from the Crows Nest Studio. Service fee excludes GST.
